Beçin Castle is located at the edge of Milas Plain on the steep rock mass. The ruins on the slope and the skirts of the north of the castle show that this area was used as a necropolis in ancient era. A child grave from the Early Bronze Age has found in 2007 and small provenances in the soil tell us about this place. It proves that it is used in 3,000 BC. It was also used as a management center from Byzantine to Ottoman, because it was easy to defend.
Beçin Castle, which is used as a museum today, is one of the wonderful places where you can see the beautiful view of Milas Plain.
