Katerina Palace was built by Tsar Nicholas II to Dutch Engineers during the Russian Occupation Period of 1879. This magnificent building in Baltic architectural style was restored by Business Person of Kars Kemal Erdoğdu in 2015 and brought to the country and world tourism as a Specially Certified Boutique Hotel. There are 34 rooms in the facility.
