Swan Lake Boutique Hotel was established in Selimiye, one of the most tranquil corners of Aegean, in order to offer a peaceful vacation to its guests. Fitting the natural texture of the region, the hotel was built of two stone houses, between which a pool was located. Four rooms in the upper floor were equipped with balconies and four rooms in the ground floor have garden level wide terraces. The balconies and terraces were positioned so that they could see the whole view of Selimiye Bay and Village.
Swan Lake is a boutique hotel that has 8 uniquely designed rooms, each of which is named after a famous Turkish poet. For those who wish to have quality leisure time in a calm and romantic atmosphere, the hotel was built on a total of 1300 m2 area, adorned with greeneries and colorful flowers. All rooms are 35 m2 and decorated with hand made solid wood furniture. Textiles were exclusively produced of natural materials for Swan Lake. Natural stones were used in the bathrooms, which were decorated with custom design ceramic objects.
The pool was built to have 65m2 area and 9 meters diameter. The pool was equipped with a Counterflow Swimming System, which gives the opportunity for continuous swimming towards the Selimiye Bay as well as for having a massage
